Grown in the misty highlands of Ethiopia’s Sidamo region, this light roast opens with a lively acidity that fades into a soft, delicate body. Notes of vanilla and caramel rise first, followed by a trace of wildflowers and sun-ripened berries that seem to appear and vanish like a passing thought. I love coffee but find most leave a bitter aftertaste. Not this stuff I could drink it all day! The grind is perfect and it’s absolutely the freshest coffee I’ve ever had 🤯 I will DEFINITELY be ordering more! I love the podcasts so much that when the coffee was announced I knew I had to try it.
